Season one of The CW's Arrow ended on a heavy note. Starling City is in ruins, Tommy is dead, and Oliver's left to sort through the wreckage. Literally. The cast and executive producers came to Comic-Con to discuss the road ahead. Actors Stephen Amell, Katie Cassidy, David Ramsey, Emily Bett Rickards, and Colton Haynes joined executive producers Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Marc Guggenheim to talk about the future.
Season two will take a five month jump into the future. The season premiere is titled “City of Heroes,” and it really sets the tone for the season. Andrew Kreisberg said, “It's about Oliver becoming a hero. He's going from becoming Arrow [or the Hood] last season to becoming Green Arrow this season.” He continued, “As bad as Starling City was in season one, in season two it's even worse. It's not about crossing names off a list anymore... The city needs a hero, it needs a symbol of hope.” Oliver's willing to wear that mantle, and he won't be the only good guy.  Arrow Season 2 to start on Wednesday, October 9

We haven't heard much about the eagerly anticipated Sharknado 2 since it was first announced in July, but now Syfy has announced an official title and release date for the upcoming sequel.
After reviewing more than 5,000 Twitter submissions to its "Name Sharknado 2" social media contest, the network announced that the official title will be Sharknado 2: The Second One.

"Since Twitter played such a huge role in the success of the original movie, we wanted to use that platform to ask our fans to name Sharknado 2," said Thomas Vitale, EVP of Syfy Programming and Original Movies. "This response is another reminder of how Sharknado has become a pop culture phenomenon. We want to thank all our viewers for their wonderful contributions to keeping up the shark-mentum."

Sharknado 2: The Second One, which is said to take place in New York City, is now scheduled for a July 2014 premiere.
